About The Position

GDIT is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join their team supporting the Indian Health Service (IHS) Electronic Health Records Modernization (EHRM) program. This role will focus on modernizing an Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform to improve data access, patient experience, and quality of care. The analyst will drive IAM initiatives across GDIT IHS EHRM Engineering and Sustainment teams, and collaborate with IHS customer teams. The position is fully remote and US-based, requiring the candidate to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance. Responsibilities include supporting IAM processes and troubleshooting issues for a large, cloud-based Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) EHR rollout, understanding authentication, authorization, and auditing, and managing onboarding/offboarding workflows. The role involves supporting both the Deployment and Sustainment phases of the program.

Requirements

  • Must have experience with Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) software, specifically role-based access, user positions, and Millennium core concepts.
  • Significant experience with industry-based IAM authentication and authorization software, such as Okta, Active Directory, ServiceNOW.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 8+ years of experience supporting medium to large IT projects to include performance reporting and system setup.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance. This includes a background verification and fingerprinting.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the year, if needed.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting IAM processes and troubleshooting issues for concurrent, multi-facility rollout of a large, cloud-based instance of Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) EHR.
  • Understanding authentication (sign-on) processes, authorization concepts (ensuring users can access what they should be able to access), and auditing (reviewing access logs) to perform various role responsibilities.
  • Focusing on both the Deployment phase, when facilities join the program, as well as the Sustainment phase, as the program supports converted facilities.
  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding workflows for system users, ensuring proper identity lifecycle management.
  • Maintaining current knowledge of rapidly changing technology and working with management to evolve current processes.
