About The Position

As a Supply Chain Product Manager, you will own the supply-chain product experience that keeps customers stocked and consumers delighted—from forecast to fulfillment. You will turn fragmented demand, inventory, and service signals into a clear operating system the network can trust. This role sits at the intersection of supply chain, product, operations, and technology, with a focus on building practical capabilities that improve availability, reduce waste, and make it easier for the people running the network to make good decisions. Success is measured in availability, waste avoided, operational efficiency, and the confidence of the people who depend on these products every day.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering supply-chain or operations products that improved a measurable service, inventory, operational, or cost metric—not simply managing a backlog.
  • Experience working SAP modules in a manufacturing environment: SAP MM – Materials Management / procurement / inventory, SAP PP – Production Planning, SAP WM/EWM – Warehouse Management / Extended Warehouse Management, SAP SD – Sales & Distribution, SAP FI/CO – Finance / Controlling, SAP QM – Quality Management, SAP PM/EAM – Plant Maintenance / Asset Management, Potentially SAP IBP – Integrated Business Planning
  • Hands-on understanding of demand planning, replenishment, inventory management, or order fulfillment, including how poor data can negatively impact operations.
  • Ability to write outcome-based requirements, prioritize competing needs, sequence tradeoffs, and confidently say no when a request will not materially improve the desired outcome.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate planners, warehouse supervisors, business stakeholders, and engineers toward a common decision without directly managing their teams.
  • Working knowledge of ERP, WMS, or advanced planning systems sufficient to evaluate and challenge solution designs rather than simply collect requirements or tickets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make complex operational and technical constraints understandable to both business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Raise on-shelf availability by defining and delivering product capabilities that close the highest-impact stockout gaps within two planning cycles.
  • Reduce excess and obsolete inventory by redesigning replenishment rules, safety-stock logic, and exception workflows for priority SKUs.
  • Shorten order-to-delivery cycle time by launching tools that give planners, warehouse leaders, and customer teams one shared view of constraints.
  • Improve forecast accuracy for new and seasonal items by pairing demand signals with clear product requirements the planning team can act on.
  • Reduce service failures caused by poor master data by establishing ownership, quality thresholds, and a cadence that keeps item, pack, and location data trustworthy.
  • Deliver a prioritized roadmap each quarter that ties every feature to a measurable cost, service, or sustainability outcome—and retire work that does not.
  • Equip frontline users so adoption sticks by training champions, measuring usage, and eliminating the friction that keeps people reliant on spreadsheets.

Benefits

  • Medical Benefits (Platinum level plans available)
  • Work from home / Hybrid / Onsite options
  • PTO
  • Holiday Pay
  • VTO
  • 401K Charitable Match
  • Training reimbursement
