About The Position
Join BAYADA as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and provide meaningful, one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as a I/DD Caregiver - DSP. We help our clients live more independently and confidently at home and in their communities!
Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- 1 year or more of experience with I/DD preferred. (No experience? We’ll train you—with paid training available!)
Responsibilities
- Helping clients stay engaged with hobbies and interests
- Supporting daily routines, including light meal prep
- Accompanying clients to appointments and errands
- Encouraging independence through community activities
