About The Position

Columbia Community Mental Health is a nonprofit agency and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic that provides services to individuals with mental, addiction and developmental disabilities. This position provides case management services to individuals with Developmental Disabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s and one-year relevant experience or three years in human services with one year experience working with DD clients required.
  • Prior case management experience in Oregon preferred.
  • Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.
