About The Position
Basis North America is seeking six (6) experienced I&C Technician Contractors for a short-term assignment in California. This is a contract position with an expected start date of September 21, 2026, and an estimated duration through approximately October 24, 2026. The role involves supporting various project activities related to instrumentation and controls in industrial facilities.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Emerson Ovation systems
- Hands-on experience with DCS systems
- Hands-on experience with Instrumentation and Controls (I&C)
- Hands-on experience with Control cabinet modifications
- Hands-on experience with Field troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with Testing and commissioning support
- Hands-on experience with Point-to-point verification
- Hands-on experience with Network and controller testing
- Hands-on experience with Alarm verification
- Hands-on experience with Installation and system modification activities
- Ability to work in the United States
- Available to mobilize to California for the required project dates
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience supporting commissioning, startup, outage, modification, testing, or recovery activities in power generation or other industrial facilities is highly desirable.
