Hyundai Product Specialist Kocourek is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Hyundai Product Specialist to join our team. Requirements
- Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred—but automotive experience is not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident, professional, and enthusiastic personality
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable learning new technology and product information
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers to the dealership and create a positive, professional experience
- Learn and confidently present the Hyundai lineup, including models, features, technology, safety, and value
- Guide customers through the vehicle selection, demonstration, and test-drive process
- Ask the right questions to understand customer needs and recommend the right Hyundai
- Explain vehicle features, benefits, pricing, and available options
- Work with the Finance Department to present financing and leasing options
- Maintain consistent follow-up with customers throughout the sales process
- Build long-term relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow dealership sales processes
- Work collaboratively with the sales and management team to achieve individual and dealership goals
