Support and promote E2’s Core Values, fostering a safe, inclusive, and family-first work environment Own overall site performance across safety, quality, schedule, cost, and customer satisfaction. Maintain real-time visibility into site-level risks, constraints, and execution priorities. Ensure projects operate in a consistent, repeatable manner aligned with program standards. Integrate PM and Sr. PM execution into a cohesive site operating rhythm. Enforce standard planning, reporting, and execution practices. Prevent ad-hoc approaches that undermine predictability or control. Act as the primary escalation point for issues exceeding project authority. Resolve cross-project conflicts related to staffing, materials, access, or sequencing. Escalate systemic risks and capacity limits with clear recommendations. Maintain senior-level engagement with customer and GC leadership. Represent site leadership in executive reviews and planning sessions. Lead, coach, and develop PMs and Sr. PMs. Travel: The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by E2 Optics.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 8+ years of construction or data center leadership experience.
  • Experience managing multiple hyperscale projects or campuses.
  • Strong regional planning, staffing, and risk management background.
