We are looking for a well-rounded Tech with Networking Experience and strong technical support, supporting users primarily through remote/telephony for Healthcare devices and support. Primarily - telephony-based troubleshooting and support for the trio and digital denture projects. Will also be responsible for the hardware aspect and be trained in the depot/hands-on portion for these devices as well. Our customer is looking to supplement current staff by adding a dedicated Technician to support the roll out specialized medical devices for companies new technology initiatives. Following standard Operating Procedures to assist in post-install support and configure windows. These Technicians will then be responsible to assist with issues working with vendors. This individual will need to be familiar with networking, network cabling and remote tools including TeamViewer and Bomgar. These candidates will need to be onsite at their East Syracuse office Monday-Friday from 8-5pm.
