About The Position

This full-time, dual-role position combines wound care technician responsibilities with a structured pathway to become a Certified Hyperbaric Technologist (CHT). The role is intended for a licensed LPN, EMT, or Paramedic interested in developing a specialized career in hyperbaric medicine and wound care. The position supports daily clinic operations and patient flow, assists with hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and includes training toward CHT certification.

Requirements

• Current LPN, EMT, or Paramedic certification.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort working in both clinical and administrative settings.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain meticulous documentation.
• Interest in long-term growth within hyperbaric medicine and wound care.

Responsibilities

• Support daily clinic operations and patient flow.
• Assist with patient preparation for hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
• Monitor patients during treatment under supervision.
• Maintain treatment logs, safety checklists, and equipment readiness.
• Participate in required training to become a Certified Hyperbaric Technologist.
• Complete the coursework and clinical hours required for CHT certification, with company support.
