About The Position

The HCI Platform Analyst supports and operates enterprise hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) environments across data center and hybrid platforms. The role focuses on day-to-day operations, monitoring, provisioning, and troubleshooting of integrated compute, storage, and networking stacks. The position requires a hands-on operator with foundational HCI knowledge who can execute standard procedures and help maintain stable, secure, and performant environments under established engineering standards. The role also supports virtualization platforms, including VMware ESXi and vCenter, and infrastructure services such as DNS, VLANs, VIPs, and load balancing integrations. The engineer follows operational runbooks for incident response, changes, and maintenance; maintains documentation and inventory; coordinates with vendors and data center teams; and participates in a rotating 24x7 on-call model. The position is hybrid, with four days onsite and one day working from home, and involves light travel of approximately 10%.
