About The Position

This position is for current students at the Universities of Wisconsin. The Hyer Hall Desk Receptionist will greet residents and guests, assist with guest registration, serve as a resource for students and guests, facilitate equipment checkout, sort and distribute mail, assist students with documenting/submitting work orders, and keep the front desk environment organized and clean. Other duties may be assigned by the Hall Director. The starting hourly rate is $9.00, and students can work a maximum of 25 hours per week during academic semesters.

Requirements

  • Must pass a Criminal Background Check, Misconduct Reference Check, and Position of Trust with vulnerable populations check.

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents and guests of the hall
