About The Position

Primoris Distribution Services is currently seeking an experienced Hydrovac Operator for hard surface restoration projects in the Metro Atlanta area. This position will support concrete and asphalt restoration work while operating commercial vehicles and equipment. The home office is based in Gainesville, GA.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in construction, utility, hydrovac, or hard surface restoration work preferred.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving history and a Class A CDL is required.
• Experience operating equipment and performing concrete and asphalt restoration work preferred.
• Able to safely operate commercial vehicles, tools, and construction equipment.
• Able to work outside in various weather conditions such as extreme heat and cold temperatures.
• Must possess the physical dexterity to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and safely perform other physical work.
• Able to work extended hours, including 50–60 hours per week, as project needs require.
• Able to travel locally throughout the Metro Atlanta area as needed.
• Must be safety-focused and able to follow all company and OSHA safety procedures.
• All positions require participation in federally compliant FMCSA drug and alcohol testing programs. This includes both pre-employment and ongoing random testing.

Responsibilities

• Operating commercial vehicles and equipment.
• Supporting concrete and asphalt restoration work.
• Performing routine inspections, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of assigned equipment.
• Safely operate commercial vehicles, tools, and construction equipment.
• Participating in federally compliant FMCSA drug and alcohol testing programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
