Hydrogen Production Product Manager

Heven AeroTechWinchester, VA

About The Position

As a founding Hydrogen Production Product Manager, you will be responsible for creating and managing the full lifecycle of our hydrogen production systems, including system integration, production testing, in-field service, and recycling/reuse. This role requires a balance of technical depth, operational awareness, and strong interpersonal skills, with both inward- and outward-facing responsibilities. You will quantify and drive reductions in operational costs across the value chain while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring delivery of high-quality, high-performance products. Success in this role requires a hungry, humble, and smart approach: the drive to continuously improve and scale systems efficiently, the humility to partner closely with engineering, operations, and customers, and the intelligence to make data-driven decisions that balance performance, cost, and reliability. Your work will directly shape how our systems integrate into defense, public safety, and commercial sectors—ensuring that Heven AeroTech remains the gold standard for rugged, high-performance autonomous systems.
