As Project Director – Green Hydrogen & Renewables, you will drive the development and delivery of large-scale, innovative energy projects, from early concept through execution and operational readiness. Working within a multidisciplinary engineering environment, you will collaborate with internal experts and global partners to deliver bankable, high-impact infrastructure that accelerates decarbonization.

Requirements

Ability to lead large-scale engineering or energy infrastructure projects across full lifecycle stages
Proficiency in commercial structuring, contract negotiation, and financial management
Ability to drive project performance with strong governance, risk management, and delivery discipline
Aptitude for strategic leadership and executive decision-making in fast-evolving environments

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of utility-scale green hydrogen and renewable energy projects
Define and implement project execution strategies aligned with business objectives and contractual commitments
Drive projects toward Final Investment Decision (FID) and financial close while ensuring technical maturity and bankability
Oversee engineering, integration, and EPC execution across all phases of the project lifecycle
Manage full project performance including cost, schedule, quality, risk, margin, and cash flow
Lead negotiation of commercial agreements including PPAs, hydrogen offtake, and strategic partnerships
Build and lead high-performing project teams while fostering a culture of safety, governance, and continuous improvement
