About The Position

Redi Industrial Services LLC is hiring experienced Hydro Blast Technicians for its Louisville, Kentucky operations. The role involves hydro blasting, including tank-entry work, and may require travel to work locations with extended stays away from home. Technicians must be prepared to work 12-hour shifts, respond to call-ins, work weekends, and rotate between day and night shifts. The work may take place in inclement weather and in confined spaces where respirator use is required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hydro blast experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to perform tank-entry hydro blasting and wear a respirator for confined-space tank entry.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Ability to work efficiently in inclement weather.
• Ability to understand and communicate information clearly.
• Positive attitude toward safety.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, call-ins, weekends, and rotating day and night shifts.
• Willingness to travel to work locations, potentially with extended stays away from home.
