Redi Industrial Services, LLC is seeking a motivated, results-driven Hydro Blast Project Manager to lead industrial hydro blasting projects from planning through completion. The role is responsible for meeting customer expectations, budget requirements, schedules, and established safety standards while supporting field teams and maintaining strong customer relationships. Requirements

Previous experience managing industrial hydro blasting or high-pressure water blasting operations.
Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing crews, supervisors, or multiple industrial projects.
Strong understanding of industrial safety practices, jobsite requirements, and applicable regulations.
Experience with project scheduling, labor planning, equipment coordination, cost control, and budgeting.
Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and respond effectively to changing project demands.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management or operational reporting tools.
Commitment to accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Willingness to travel to jobsites as needed.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee hydro blasting projects from start to finish, ensuring safe, efficient, on-schedule, and on-budget completion.
Lead and support field supervisors, crew leaders, and hydro blast technicians to sustain productivity and quality performance.
Develop project schedules and coordinate equipment, manpower, materials, and other resources.
Enforce company safety policies, OSHA requirements, site-specific procedures, and applicable industry regulations.
Monitor project costs, labor hours, equipment utilization, and profitability.
Communicate with customers, operations leadership, and field personnel to address project needs, resolve issues, and maintain working relationships.
Review project scopes, estimates, work orders, and customer requirements to support accurate execution and billing.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
Visit jobsites to assess performance, support field teams, and ensure compliance with safety and quality expectations.
Assist with estimating, proposals, business development, and identifying opportunities to grow hydro blasting services.
Hold teams accountable while supporting employee development, training, and continuous improvement.
