We specialize in the repair, manufacturing, and distribution of hydraulic systems to serve a wide range of industries. With a focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we service a wide variety of heavy industrial, mining, construction, and agricultural equipment. We are seeking a skilled Hydraulic Pump, Motor, and Valve Technician, with their own tools, to join our expert team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in hydraulic system repair or equivalent mechanical repair.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of fluid power systems.
  • Ability to interpret hydraulic and mechanical schematics.
  • Must have own tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree or technical certification in Mobile or Industrial Hydraulics, Fluid Power, or related field.
  • Field service or mobile equipment repair experience.
  • IFPS Certification (International Fluid Power Society): Hydraulic Specialist (HS), Mobile Hydraulic Mechanic (MHM), Connector & Conductor Certification
  • OSHA 10/30 General Industry
  • Forklift and Overhead Crane Certification

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, inspect, and repair hydraulic pumps, motors, and valves from various manufacturers.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and other shop equipment to disassemble, reassemble and test hydraulic components.
  • Disassemble units, clean components, and identify worn or damaged parts.
  • Operate hydraulic test stands to verify performance and detect malfunctions.
  • Interpret hydraulic schematics and manufacturer technical manuals to execute repairs.
  • Record findings, repair procedures, and test results in the company’s system.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment compliant with OSHA and company safety policies.
  • Collaborate with engineering and parts departments to determine repair parts and upgrades.
  • Assist with field diagnostics and service when needed.

  • Salary: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
