About The Position
AHU Technologies INC. is hiring an experienced Hydraulic Hose Technician / Counter Sales professional for a commercial hydraulic hose and hydraulic service and repair shop in Pomona, California. The shop serves customers in heavy equipment, construction, trucking, industrial, and machinery industries. The role involves assembling and repairing hydraulic hoses, assisting customers with parts, and supporting shop inventory and organization. The position is full-time and in-person, with a 40-hour workweek. Pay is $24–$28 per hour, depending on experience, and the employer is hiring ASAP.
Requirements
- Hydraulic hose experience is strongly preferred, including hose assembly and repair.
- Experience with hydraulic hose crimping equipment.
- Knowledge of hydraulic fittings and adapters, including JIC, NPT, ORFS, SAE, and other common hydraulic connections.
- Experience with heavy equipment or construction equipment, industrial parts, or counter sales.
- Ability to read measurements and identify hose and fitting sizes.
- Experience working directly with commercial customers.
- Dependability and a strong work ethic.
- Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Customer-service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
- Build and repair hydraulic hose assemblies.
- Measure, cut, clean, and crimp hydraulic hoses.
- Identify hydraulic hoses, fittings, adapters, and connections.
- Assist customers at the counter and help identify the correct parts.
- Work with hydraulic components used on construction and heavy equipment.
- Receive, organize, and maintain inventory.
- Keep the shop and work area clean and organized.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service.
- Work safely and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
