About The Position

Join our team as a Hydraulic Field Service Technician and play a crucial role in supporting our customers' operations by ensuring their equipment is running at optimum levels. You will work with cutting-edge technology and tools, supporting the performance of large-scale papermaking equipment at customer facilities across North America. Opportunities may include overseas travel for targeted projects, participation in machine start-ups, or assisting in testing customer equipment destined for North America. On a day-to-day basis, you might be traveling to customer sites for hands-on support or providing remote troubleshooting assistance from our offices. You may also support colleagues in the field while preparing for your own service calls. Our goal is to provide the highest level of commitment and service to our customers to advance their production and performance. We are looking for individuals with a strong background in both mechanical and hydraulic experience. Even if you have strong mechanical skills but no previous work in the paper industry, we are willing to train the right candidate. You will be part of a group of knowledgeable service experts who can provide support and guidance.

Requirements

  • Strong hydraulics background.
  • Mechanical and pneumatic background a plus.
  • Good communication and organizational skills required.
  • Strong PC skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Background check and drug screen required.
  • Background check and pre-employment physical and drug screen required.

  • Previous work in the paper industry.
