The Hybrid Wholesaler supports the growth of the One Insurance Solution platform by combining inside sales responsibilities with external advisor engagement. This role partners closely with senior Consultants and field leaders to drive insurance adoption, deepen advisor relationships, and deliver comprehensive sales support both virtually and in-person. Supports the One Insurance Solution Team by driving sales efforts, cultivating advisor relationships, and delivering consultative insurance solutions. Acts as a bridge between internal sales support and external field engagement, contributing to territory growth and advisor development.
