About The Position

At FASTSIGNS of Concord, we are seeking a dynamic Hybrid Sales & Service Specialist to act as our "Visual Communications Expert." This role involves a blend of in-center customer service and outside sales, requiring you to engage with local businesses to understand and fulfill their branding needs. You will be responsible for consultative selling, lead generation, managing the front of the house, and serving as a liaison between clients and our design/production teams. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow your skills in visual marketing within a supportive and diverse environment.

Requirements

2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience.
Comfortable with POS systems, CRM software, and basic math for measuring and estimating.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily client visits.
Proactive relationship-builder with a "hunter" mentality.
Service-oriented with an understanding that great service leads to repeat clients.

Nice To Haves

Experience in outside sales or business development.

Responsibilities

Consult with business owners in person to assess their branding needs, ranging from simple banners to large-scale rebranding projects.
Actively prospect for new business through networking, cold calling, and community events.
Handle walk-ins at the center, prepare accurate project estimates, and process work orders.
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure timely and satisfactory delivery of custom signs.
