About The Position

Are you a proactive relationship-builder who loves the thrill of the hunt but also enjoys managing the details? We’re looking for a dynamic Hybrid Sales & Service Specialist to bridge the gap between our storefront and our local business community. At FASTSIGNS of Concord, you won’t just be sitting behind a desk. You’ll be the "Visual Communications Expert"—spending half your time as the face of our center and the other half out in the field, uncovering new opportunities and visiting clients at their facilities.

Requirements

• A "Hunter" Mentality: You aren't afraid to walk onto a construction site or into a local business to start a conversation.
• Service-Oriented: You have 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience and understand that great service leads to repeat clients.
• Tech & Math Savvy: You’re comfortable with POS systems, CRM software, and basic math for measuring and estimating.
• Mobile & Driven: You have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily client visits.

Responsibilities

• Consultative Selling: You’ll meet with business owners in person to assess their branding needs—from simple banners to large-scale $30k+ rebranding projects.
• Lead Generation: You’ll actively prospect for new business through networking, cold calling, and community events.
• Front-of-House Management: When in the center, you’ll handle walk-ins, prepare accurate project estimates, and process work orders.
• Project Liaison: You’ll collaborate closely with our design and production teams to ensure every custom sign is delivered on time and exceeds expectations.
