About The Position

Harmony At Home Senior Care is hiring a Hybrid Office Assistant / Caregiver for a unique role that combines office work with direct client caregiving. This position begins in the Plano office, assisting with administrative, organizational, and office support tasks. However, the role also includes being part of the caregiver coverage team. If a caregiver calls out or a client visit is uncovered during scheduled hours, you may be dispatched from the office to provide care. Mileage is paid when traveling from the office to a client's location. Applicants must be comfortable performing both office and hands-on caregiving duties. This is not an office-only position. The role is designed for growth, starting with basic office responsibilities and learning about home care operations. High performers interested in advancing may receive training in recruiting, scheduling, marketing, client coordination, and other administrative areas, with potential to transition into a full-time office role. This is particularly suited for experienced caregivers seeking administrative experience.
