About The Position
Foley & Mansfield, a professional limited liability partnership, is a national law firm with more than 110 attorneys in offices from coast to coast. We provide legal expertise, creative solutions and extensive trial experience for large corporations, small businesses and individuals. We are seeking an exceptional litigation attorney to join our California trial teams. The position requires you to work independently, and also monitor the work of others, to thoroughly prepare cases for trial. Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills are a must. You should be a self-starter with good judgment who keeps a cool head under pressure. This is a position for a top-notch candidate with significant experience. You will be compensated accordingly. Although you will be set up for remote work, this position requires you to be present in the office regularly to collaborate with others, and to make frequent court appearances. Requirements
- 10+ years defense litigation experience, defense experience preferred
- Hands-on experience taking a case file from inception through resolution
- Must be admitted to practice in CA (admission in other jurisdictions a plus)

- Knowledge of products liability, toxic tort, and/or general liability law preferred
