About The Position
MaidPro Nashville is seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented team member to join them as a Hybrid Cleaning & Operations Assistant. This role combines residential cleaning with office, training, quality control, and operational support. The ideal candidate enjoys variety, is eager to learn, and wants an opportunity to grow into leadership. No two days are the same, with tasks ranging from cleaning homes to assisting with quality inspections, supporting the office team, training new employees, and ensuring smooth operations.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Residential cleaning to MaidPro standards
- Quality inspections and providing feedback to team members
- Customer service and customer support
- Training and onboarding new Cleaning Pros
- Dispatch and scheduling assistance
- Supply, inventory, and laundry management
- Office and administrative support
- Helping create a positive and professional experience for customers and team members
- Supporting day-to-day operations and special projects as needed
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs and opportunities for growth within the role
