Coyne & Associates is seeking a Hybrid BCBA Program Supervisor to join their team. Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification.
Good standing with the BACB.
Master's degree (transcript required).
Completion of BACB Supervisor Training.
Top-notch communication skills.
Ability to write reports.
Ability to manage a team.
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
Willingness to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance.
Up-to-date TB test and BLS training.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably with children on the spectrum.
Completion of 3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle.

Responsibilities

Provide supervision to technicians in home settings.
Conduct in-person field visits and remote supervision.
Manage a caseload with a focus on work-life balance.
Participate in monthly team meetings for collaboration.
Collaborate with a dedicated scheduling team.
Ensure adherence to HIPAA and all relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws.
