About The Position
Coyne & Associates is seeking a Hybrid BCBA Program Supervisor to join their team. This role offers a blend of remote flexibility and hands-on, in-person support, allowing for work from home or on the go. Technicians receive hands-on training in real-life sessions and are paid their full rate during training.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification.
- Good standing with the BACB.
- Master's degree.
- Completion of BACB Supervisor Training.
- Top-notch communication skills.
- Ability to write reports.
- Ability to manage a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance.
- Keep TB test and BLS training up-to-date.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably with children on the autism spectrum.
- Experience with 3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle.
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision to technicians in home settings.
- Conduct in-person field visits and remote supervision.
- Manage a caseload with a focus on work-life balance.
- Participate in monthly team meetings for collaboration.
- Write reports and manage a team.
- Work independently with minimal oversight.
- Adhere to HIPAA and all relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws.
