About The Position
The Hybrid Assembler B completes product assembly. This involves aligning parts, following work instructions, and checking that work meets quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in area of responsibility.
- Working experience performing wire bonding operations.
- Working experience performing die bonding operations.
- Experience loading, unloading, and monitoring furnace equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform work instructions to complete product assembly in accordance to standardized work procedures
- Align components and other parts for assembly and/or fixturing
- Receive parts and sub-assemblies in work area and deliver material to "work in progress" work centers as per Traveler instructions
- Ensure that all work meets quality and safety standards and procedures
- Maintains clean and safe work environment
- Produce and maintain a consistent quality of work
- Perform quality checks on assembly parts using Process Specifications and Standard Operating Procedures
- Perform wire bonding operations in accordance with established procedures and specifications.
- Perform die bonding operations in accordance with established procedures and specifications.
- Operate and monitor furnace processes to ensure compliance with production requirements.
