About The Position

The position of CARES Program Lead will play a crucial role in the efficiency capability of our equipment as well as equipment in our CARES warranty programs. This position will be responsible for but not limited to the following. Will perform or assist with Bronto scheduled maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, mounting, and technical support for our rental fleet and customer units. Travel as needed to repair or inspect Brontos. The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices daily: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources; 3) Participate in ongoing self-development.

Requirements

• Must live in Abilene or surrounding area (45 miles)
• Must have 3+ years of Bronto related experience; exceptions may apply
• Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Demonstrated skills in a metrics driven collaborative / team-oriented work environment and comfortable with same
• Understands the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
• Superior level of productivity in producing claims with minimal errors and re-work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish working relationships with multiple departments and various levels of the organization
• Understands written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents, and communicates effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
• Three to five years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent with some college coursework preferred
• Must have good working knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems
• Must have an active and valid driver’s license acceptable by insurance standards
• Must have a CDL Class B license
• Be willing to travel for extended periods of time and leave on short notice

Responsibilities

• Model, promote, reinforce, and reward the consistent use of HOLT’s Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures
• Commitment to Technical Support to ensure equipment availability of rental fleet as well as customer units
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on equipment in maintenance shop or in the field
• Perform scheduled inspections and repairs on rental fleet and CARES customer units
• Assist with warranty claims; mediate between customers and suppliers
• Assist with the mobilization of Brontos to meet business demands
• Works safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards
• Performs other duties as assigned
