About The Position

On Time Experts is seeking a Warranty HVAC Technician with 3+ years of experience to join their fast-growing, service-driven team. This role focuses on repairs and helping customers, rather than high-pressure sales. The company has been DFW’s trusted home service company since 1965, providing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA certification required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and warranty repairs on residential HVAC systems
• Work with the service and install teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues from previous and current installations/repairs.
• Ensure a high standard of workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with customers
• Represent On Time Experts with professionalism and pride
