About The Position

As an HVAC Tune-Up Technician, you’ll perform routine maintenance, inspections, and system cleanings for residential and light commercial HVAC systems. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
• Pre-employment background check
• Pre-employment drug screen

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years of HVAC experience preferred (will train the right candidate).
• EPA Certification (Type I or II) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform seasonal tune-ups and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Inspect, clean, and adjust components such as condensers, blowers, coils, and filters.
• Identify potential issues and communicate findings to customers and service managers.
• Educate homeowners on system performance, energy efficiency, and maintenance tips.
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate service records.
• Follow all company safety and service standards.
