About The Position

Any Hour Services is a residential service company specializing in Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air with over 50 years in business. We are seeking full-time HVAC technicians for our HVAC Service Department. We offer on-the-job training with paid training included, and a dedicated on-site training facility with paid and/or reimbursement programs for licensing and schooling. This is a full-time, year-round position with no layoffs or furloughs. Technicians are dispatched directly from home and are provided with a work vehicle. Compensation is hourly with bonus incentives. The primary duties involve performing maintenance checks and services for HVAC systems, troubleshooting residential systems, diagnosing repair options, conducting safety and performance tests, and checking for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. A strong emphasis is placed on customer service, including collecting payments, providing detailed information about homes and situations, maintaining truck inventory, and communicating system status to homeowners after service.

Requirements

• Pass a pre-employment background check.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance checks and services for HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot various residential systems and diagnose repair options.
• Conduct safety and performance tests for each system.
• Check the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Collect payments.
• Give accurate and detailed information about each home and situation.
• Maintain truck inventory levels.
• Communicate with homeowners about the status of their system after service.
