About The Position

Any Hour Services is a residential service company specializing in Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air with over 50 years in business. We are seeking full-time HVAC technicians for our HVAC Service Department. We offer on-the-job training with paid training included, and a dedicated on-site training facility with paid and/or reimbursement programs for licensing and schooling. This is a full-time, year-round position with no layoffs or furloughs. Technicians are dispatched directly from home and provided with a work vehicle. Compensation is hourly with bonus incentives. The role involves performing maintenance checks and services for HVAC systems, troubleshooting residential systems, diagnosing repair options, and conducting safety and performance tests. A strong emphasis is placed on customer service, including communicating system status to homeowners, collecting payments, providing detailed information about homes and situations, and maintaining truck inventory.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance checks and services for HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot various residential systems and diagnose repair options.
• Conduct safety and performance tests for each system.
• Check the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Collect payments.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about each home and situation.
• Maintain truck inventory levels.
• Communicate with homeowners about the status of their system after service.
