About The Position
Stellar Home Maintenance is seeking skilled HVAC Technicians to join their team. This is a 1099 contractor position where technicians will be assigned work orders through the company's app, primarily for single-family rental homes and property managers. No selling is required, and the role is suitable for technicians and contractors looking for additional work. The pay structure is based on the scope of work for each work order, with Stellar Home Maintenance collecting a marketplace fee. Payment is made via direct deposit on a NET7 or NET30 basis.
