Requirements

Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and mechanical areas
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems including: Air conditioning systems, Heat pumps, Gas furnaces, Boilers, Zoning systems
Clearly explain system issues so homeowners understand their options
Recommend repairs, maintenance improvements, or replacement solutions when appropriate
Identify opportunities to improve comfort, reliability, and system performance
Maintain professional documentation using ServiceTitan
Represent Leonard Splaine professionally inside customers’ homes
