About The Position

As we gear up for our busy season, we are seeking experienced HVAC Technicians and fueling things up with a hiring bonus of $5,000 for those that start prior to September 8th. Sandri Energy has served as a leading name in retail propane, heating fuel, commercial motor fuels, and HVAC. Headquartered in Greenfield, MA, we pride ourselves on building an outstanding customer experience and maintaining a fleet and crew driven by safety, accountability, and operational excellence.

Requirements

5+ years of HVAC experience
Must have an active MA Oil Burner license
Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record
Must be able to lift up to 75lbs and work in various residential and commercial environments

Nice To Haves

NORA Bronze (we will help you obtain certification if you don’t have it yet)

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair residential HVAC systems (boilers, furnaces, AC units)
Perform high-quality preventive maintenance to keep our neighbors' homes running smoothly
Help lead and oversee apprentice technicians on the job
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule that includes a stipend and time-and-a-half pay for emergency calls.
