About The Position
We are seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team in NYC. This role is for individuals who can diagnose quickly, fix correctly, and sell smartly. Top performers can earn $100K-$150K+ annually. You will be running your own calls with no micromanagement, diagnosing and repairing various HVAC systems, interacting professionally with customers, identifying replacement opportunities, and designing/pricing full HVAC systems. You will also work directly with suppliers and vendors.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of real HVAC experience.
- EPA 608 Universal certification.
- Ability to fully diagnose systems independently.
- Comfortable selling and closing replacements.
- Clean driver's license.
- Knowledge of parts, suppliers, and equipment.
- Must have Multimeter, Gauges, Clamp meter, Thermometer, Micron gauge, Leak detector, Hand tools + drill.
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and repairing central air, mini splits, packaged systems, and furnaces.
- Communicating with customers professionally.
- Identifying opportunities for system replacements.
- Designing and pricing full HVAC systems.
- Working directly with suppliers and vendors.
