About The Position

The Nascence Group is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented HVAC Technician to perform professional HVAC ductwork cleaning, standalone air-conditioning unit service, filter work, and ice-machine cleaning as required by the PWS. The technician will be responsible for providing all required service documentation to the COR. This role involves ensuring the cleanliness and proper functioning of HVAC systems within the building.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional HVAC ductwork cleaning, removing all dust, mildew, debris, and other material from the ductwork.
• Contain all particles removed from the ductwork to prevent contamination of building surfaces and furniture.
• Properly dispose of all particles and debris removed during cleaning.
• Replace HVAC air filters at the time of ductwork cleaning and every two months thereafter, or more often as directed by the COR.
• Inspect and clean filters in interior standalone air-conditioning units monthly.
• Provide professional inspection and cleaning of standalone air-conditioning units once each year.
• Professionally clean the ice machine every three months.
• Provide all required service documentation to the COR, including videos of completed ductwork cleaning, yearly inspections of standalone air-conditioning units, and completed ice-machine cleanings.
