HVAC Technician – Telecom Infrastructure Now hiring HVAC Technicians across MI, OH, PA, NY, IL, IN, WI, MN, NJ, MA, CT, NY, NJ and VA | Company Truck + Tools Pearce is hiring experienced HVAC Technicians across the Midwest and Northeast regions to support critical telecom infrastructure. In this role, you’ll service and repair commercial HVAC systems that cool and protect cell tower shelters and telecom equipment. These systems are essential to keeping communication networks online. If you’re a strong commercial HVAC technician who enjoys working independently, traveling regionally, and solving real-world mechanical challenges — this is a stable, long-term opportunity with growth potential. Requirements

  • EPA Universal or Level II Certification (Required)
  • 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Comfortable working independently in the field
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and email)
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a DOT physical

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems at telecom sites
  • Perform preventative maintenance and system performance checks
  • Install and replace HVAC components or complete system upgrades
  • Respond to service calls, including occasional emergency call-outs
  • Complete accurate digital work reports daily
  • Travel extensively throughout your assigned region
  • Follow all safety standards and regulatory requirements
