TEAM Group emphasizes teamwork and safety in its operations and is currently seeking a qualified Journeyman HVAC Technician (313A) for their General Motors site in Oshawa, ON.

Requirements

313A Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic certification
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to interpret schematics and wiring diagrams
Excellent interpersonal skills to respond to clients complaints, questions and needs
Ability to interpret technical data such as temperature and pressure
Ability to operate and repair various HVAC equipment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Removing and installing air quality systems
Meeting compliance requirement documentation
Testing for leaks using various testing tools
Maintaining and repairing mechanical & electrical components of HVAC, chillers, water cooler equipment
Reviewing historical repair records to create an effective inspection schedule
Communicating with site personal
Inspecting plumbing systems to ensure efficient operation while adhering to environmentally friendly guidelines
Training junior teammates and attending workshops to learn about developments in HVAC systems
