About The Position

Full Nelson Services in Kansas City, KS is seeking a full-time Experienced HVAC Technician to join a team that takes pride in its work, supports its people, and delivers strong customer service every day. This role offers $30+/hour, with top performers earning $100,000–$125,000+ annually based on experience, production, and consistency. As a technician, you'll work a steady, year-round schedule supporting residential and light commercial customers throughout the Kansas City area. You will diagnose, service, and repair HVAC systems, perform preventative maintenance and identify issues early, clearly explain findings and recommendations to customers, maintain a high standard for workmanship and safety, manage your daily workload and appointments efficiently, and represent the company professionally in the field. You'll operate independently day-to-day, with support from a team that values accountability and quality work. Full Nelson Services has served the Kansas City area since 2003. Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on HVAC experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Working knowledge of HVAC tools and systems
• Ability to stay organized and work independently
• Good communication skills with customers and team members
• Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
