Requirements

• AT LEAST one year of residential HVAC technician experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Commitment to delivering the best experience for every customer, while maintaining integrity in all interactions
• A good command of English
• A valid driver's license
• A high school diploma (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier HVAC services
• Deliver superior customer service, professionalism, and integrity
• Maintain a fully-stocked service truck
• Utilize a tablet for paperless dispatching
• Participate in rotating on-call hours
• Attend minimal weekly in-office meetings
• Engage in opportunities for growth and advancement
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining integrity
