About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration and HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair refrigeration, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will ensure the systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably to meet customer needs and industry standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HVAC/Refrigeration Technician or similar role
• Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA 608 Certification, HVAC/R certification)
• Knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration cycles, and HVAC principles
• Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair refrigeration and HVAC systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently and effectively
• Diagnose issues with HVAC and refrigeration equipment using appropriate tools and techniques
• Read and interpret technical manuals, electrical schematics, and blueprints
• Adjust, repair, or replace defective parts or components
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building codes
• Collaborate with clients to assess HVAC needs and recommend solutions
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in refrigeration and HVAC technology
