About The Position

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Commercial HVAC Technicians for projects located in the Melbourne, FL area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $27-31/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air‑conditioning (HVAC) systems in commercial and light‑industrial buildings
Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues
Perform preventative maintenance, and ensure systems operate safely and efficiently
Install, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units (RTUs), air handlers, chillers, VRF systems, boilers, and exhaust systems
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schematics, and equipment specifications to locate faults and plan installations
Follow all OSHA and company safety policies when working on ladders, roofs, in mechanical rooms, and around live electrical equipment

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC experience
• Experience with RTUs, VRF, chillers, and building‑automation

Nice To Haves

• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification a plus
