Requirements

• Previous experience as an HVAC Technician is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of commercial HVAC/R systems and components.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Nice To Haves

• Air-cooled chiller experience is a plus.
• Welding and basic electrical experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC/R equipment and systems.
• Perform field service calls at commercial properties throughout the Dallas area.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues to restore system performance.
• Service air conditioning equipment and replace HVAC components as needed.
• Complete preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Assist with general property maintenance responsibilities when required.
• Travel between job sites using a company-provided vehicle.
• Accurately complete service reports and documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures, local codes, and company standards.
