About The Position
Stellar Home Maintenance is interviewing skilled HVAC Technicians to join their team. This is a 1099 contractor position where technicians can earn on average $60 - $75/hr. No selling is required, as work is provided through a network of single-family rental homes and property managers. This role is ideal for technicians and contractors seeking additional work. Stellar Home Maintenance utilizes its own app for assigning and completing work orders. The labor payout for each work order varies based on the scope of work, and Stellar collects a nominal marketplace fee for each completed work order. Payment is made via direct deposit on a NET7 or NET30 basis.
Requirements
