About The Position

Quechan Casino Resort and Paradise Casino are currently seeking skilled and dependable HVAC Technicians to join our facilities team in a dynamic, 24/7 casino environment. This role is critical to ensuring a comfortable and safe experience for our guests and team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• HVAC Certification required.
• Three or more years of HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair experience (commercial experience preferred).
• EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal).
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with digital controls.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 casino environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California.

Nice To Haves

• Commercial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining all heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems throughout the casino, hotel, and associated facilities.
• Performing skilled work in the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including their electrical and mechanical components.
