About The Position

EōS Fitness is seeking a motivated and professional HVAC Technician to join our Maintenance Team. This role is responsible for overseeing HVAC systems across 15-20 gyms, performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing and repairing issues, and ensuring all systems operate efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a high-energy environment. While the entire gym team contributes to cleanliness, the Maintenance Team leads all building maintenance efforts.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years HVAC trade experience.
  • 3-5 years HVAC maintenance experience (all systems).
  • 3-5 Years EPA Certification.
  • Must successfully pass background check.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License.
  • Must be able to maintain a clean motor vehicle record throughout employment.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from multiple job locations.
  • This role requires use of your personal vehicle for business mileage. All persons who use their personal vehicle for business mileage must carry a valid driver's license and personal car insurance coverage in accordance with local and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee 15-20 gyms.
  • Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on HVAC equipment including RTUs, split systems, exhaust fans, mini-splits, economizers, thermostats, and associated components.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical system issues.
  • Repair or replace motors, belts, capacitors, contactors, filters, relays, thermostats, and other HVAC components.
  • Monitor and maintain proper airflow, temperature control, and indoor air quality standards.
  • Ensure all HVAC systems operate efficiently and within manufacturer specifications.
  • Identify potential failures proactively and recommend corrective actions before equipment downtime occurs.
  • Maintain accurate records of PMs, repairs, refrigerant usage, and equipment history.
  • Respond promptly to HVAC-related service requests and emergencies.
  • Escalate major repair needs appropriately with recommendations and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain detailed HVAC asset inventories for assigned locations.
  • Track equipment condition, lifecycle, warranty information, and replacement needs.
  • Maintain organized inventory of HVAC tools, filters, common repair parts, and supplies.
  • Maintain active EPA Certification.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders/rooftops.
  • Perform additional occasional duties not requiring trade licenses such as plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, bulb replacement, sheet rock, painting touch ups, wall finishes, flooring, trim, door handles, millwork, pool mechanics, all other basic fixtures, and AV systems/TVs.
