Requirements
- Experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Relevant licenses and certifications
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Clean and neat appearance
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Hard-working and motivated
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
- Complete assigned preventative maintenance

- Up to $15,000 Sign-on Bonus
- Up to $32/hr base pay
- Earn over $48/hr with bonuses and incentives
- Best technicians make over $100,000.00 per year
