About The Position
HVAC Alliance Expert, a nationwide HVAC repair company, is seeking experienced HVAC Repair technicians for full-time, long-term career opportunities. We offer steady, year-round work and allow you to choose your preferred working area. This is an independent contractor/subcontractor position where technicians are responsible for selling their jobs, as estimates are not provided over the phone. We offer bonuses, spiffs, a 40% commission structure, free sales training and coaching, hands-on management, and a unique marketing strategy to ensure consistent service calls.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HVAC repair & installation experience.
- Knowledge of central systems, commercial units, wall units, and mini-splits.
- Ability to repair and replace HVAC units.
- Must have own tools and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude.
Responsibilities
